What you’ll do:
* Lead a skilled team of engineers and technicians, ensuring top-notch installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems (boilers, central heating, heat pumps, and more).
* Drive compliance and safety-keep us ahead of regulations and champion best practice.
* Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement for maximum value.
* Shape our future: support decarbonisation and energy efficiency, and help us transition to low-carbon heating.
* Be the go-to expert for colleagues, contractors, and residents.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience managing heating services or mechanical engineering operations.
* Strong technical knowledge and relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Gas Safe).
* Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in public sector or housing is a plus.
