Senior Brand & Creative Designer - Fully Remote

Backed by a recent Series B led by leading global investors, the business is now scaling internationally and investing heavily in product, brand, and storytelling. Their platform is already used by thousands of business customers and has processed billions in energy transaction value.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Brand & Creative Designer to play a key role in shaping and evolving the company's global brand. This is a highly creative, hands-on position focused on developing compelling brand experiences, campaigns, and visual storytelling across multiple touchpoints.
You'll work across brand, marketing, product, and content initiatives, helping translate complex ideas into clear, engaging creative work that builds awareness, trust, and differentiation. While motion design forms part of the creative toolkit, this role is broader in scope, with a strong emphasis on brand development, creative thinking, and visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Help define, evolve, and scale the company's visual identity across all channels
* Lead creative development for integrated campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, and marketing activity
* Create impactful visual storytelling across digital, social, web, product, and presentation environments
* Translate complex technical and energy-related concepts into accessible, engaging creative narratives
* Contribute to creative strategy, concept development, and campaign ideation
* Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows and accelerate production
* Support motion design, animation, and interactive storytelling where appropriate
Requirements
* Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand design, campaign creative, and visual storytelling
* Proven experience delivering high-quality creative work from concept through execution
* Ability to simplify complex ideas through thoughtful design and communication
* Experience working within fast-paced startup, scale-up, or technology environments
* Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and digital design
* Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and influencing creative direction across stakeholders
* Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
