Land Buyer / Land Manager – West Midlands
Blue Diamond Recruitment is working exclusively with a high quality and reputable house builder as they recruit for a Land Buyer / Land Manager as they continue to grow across the West Midlands.
Covering a West Midlands patch including the Black Country, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Birmingham, this is an excellent opportunity to join a proven and successful land team.
Reporting into the Land Director, you will play a key role in identifying, securing and progressing land opportunities across the region. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver sites that align with the business’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Identify and appraise new land opportunities across the patch
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, landowners and key stakeholders
🔹 Negotiating and securing land deals
🔹 Support the land process through to acquisition
🔹 Monitor market activity and competitor movements
🔹 Work closely with internal departments to support successful site delivery
The successful professional will have 2-5+ years within land acquisition and a strong network of contacts across the West / South Midlands patch. You will be commercially aware with good negotiation skills, a personable and team oriented approach and able to fit well within a relaxed culture.
