Within the building Consultancy team they offer a full range of Building Surveying services with the balance of work being more focused on project work / contract administration. Projects are very varied indeed crossing both health care and education as well as commercial and industrial sectors.
This is a great opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor looking for an opportunity to train and gain experience across the full range of Building Surveying duties. The role would include delivering a variety of surveys, some drawing work, writing specification and preparing scopes of work as well as project management of the job to completion.
You will work alongside an experienced team, working with a wide range of clients on a number of different service offerings and the chance to work towards gaining your MRICS qualification. Candidates for this role will need to have a good, recent degree in Building Surveying. Any industry experience is a plus but isn't required.
