This newly created Finance Analysis role for a Growing Asset Manager firm paying £55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus, based in Heart of the City on a Permanent basis and operate 3 days in the office policy.
Role
As a Finance Analysis, you will work closely with the Head of Finance who is all about internal growth and development. Please find a brief outline of the role below:
1. Preparation of the quarterly update of the projection model, including the production of valuation bridge analysis reconciling to previous quarters
2. Collate quarterly information on the business for the Reporting pack and Strategic pack for the shareholders, and board reports for the Senior Leadership team
3. Manage the company's projection model asset database to ensure that it reflects the status of the portfolio of rolling investments, leases and future growth opportunities to prepare an accurate valuation
4. Support the Pricing function with the valuation of new investments in the projection model
5. Support the Structured Finance function ad hoc requests in relation to the Projection Model and latest forecast assumptions.
