I’m working with a high-growth DTC consumer brand looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital growth across their direct-to-consumer channel.
This is a highly commercial role focused on scaling new customer acquisition, improving paid media performance and introducing creative-led experimentation across the digital funnel. The role sits at the centre of the brand’s DTC growth strategy and offers significant ownership for someone who enjoys testing, learning and building scalable acquisition engines.
The Role
* Own customer acquisition across key paid media channels including Meta and Google
* Drive profitable growth across the brand’s DTC ecommerce channel
* Lead creative testing frameworks to improve paid social performance
* Introduce UGC and performance-led creative strategies
* Identify new growth opportunities across creators, partnerships and emerging channels
* Analyse campaign and funnel performance to drive smarter investment decisions
* Work with agencies but challenge and guide strategy
* Lead experimentation across landing pages, product pages and checkout journeys
Ideal Background
* Proven experience driving customer acquisition for a DTC or ecommerce brand
* Strong Meta / paid social expertise
* Experience improving performance through creative testing and experimentation
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4 or similar analytics tools
* Comfortable running CRO and A/B testing programmes
* Experience working with UGC, creators or performance-led content
