Things you must be able to do: • Always demonstrating the best possible level of service. • Ensuring your allocated tables are taken care of during service. • Continually building upon your company and product knowledge. • Taking orders and processing them on EPOS. • Reporting any problems or issues with guests to the manager on duty. • Taking food and drink orders to tables. • Working in accordance with the Food Safety Act, health and safety regulations and The Licensing Act. • Ensuring that the Restaurant remains tidy and is set-up for next the next service. • Being presented with a clean well ironed shirt and apron, permitted jewellery only, and clean and tidy nails and hair. • Working the till area, making hot beverages and preparing cutlery and side plates for service.
