What you will be doing: Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal Normally working 5, 8 hour shifts per week, these will be predominantly early (Apx 7am-3pm) or late (apx 3pm to 11pm) shifts and are likely to include weekend work.
