An exciting and rewarding opportunity has become available for a dedicated and enthusiasticParts Advisorto join our dynamic team at North West Trucks inWarrington.
Salary:£13.20 per hour
Hours:Monday to Friday, 6.30 am to 4.30 pm, every other Saturday for 4 hours, i.e. 45 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid)
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify parts for the front and back counters.
* Check off stock and accurately put away keeping the stock area tidy.
* Pick orders and put on the delivery shelves.
* Process returns back to the supplier.
* Process customer credits.
* Handle warranty returns.
* Stock receipting on DMS.
Ideally, we are looking for:
* Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
* A friendly, can-do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* Knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Experience working to performance targets.
* Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.
