They are now seeking a capable and organised Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and provide essential administrative assistance to the legal team.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
Previous experience in office administration, ideally within a legal or client-facing environment
Skills & Attributes
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
High attention to detail and accurate document handling skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly (e.g. Case Management Software )
Professional, discreet, and approachable with strong communication skills
Works well under pressure and adapts to changing priorities
Positive, proactive, and a team player
Role & Responsibilities
General Office Support
Answer calls, manage inboxes, schedule meetings, and maintain calendars
File, scan, copy, and prepare standard documents and letters
Monitor supplies and liaise with service providers
File & Data Management
Open/close client files and maintain the Practice Management System
Keep accurate, GDPR-compliant records and assist with time recording
Team Assistance
Support fee earners with tasks such as bundling, printing, and formatting
Greet clients and assist with office hospitality
Conduct & Compliance
Handle all client data with confidentiality
Uphold the firms professional standards and follow internal procedures
