Senior Facades Project Manager – Oxford

This role is based on a project in Oxford. You will be responsible for managing a team (or multiple teams) to deliver reporting on productivity, programme/schedule. You will provide leadership to managers & professionals.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate constructively with team members producing and managing delivery of the off and on site activities.
* Manage preconstruction and off site activities including directing installation works on site.
* Plan and monitor cladding works against the programme, inputting updates into the programme.
* Manage planning and production control (PPC) updates to the wider team.
* Resolve issues between trades to ensure smooth progress.
* Coordinate with overall site logistics to plan deliveries and installation.
* Record progress and raise issues with off and on site activities, design & quality process.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement plans / identify key business improvements.
* Develop & maintain internal and external relationships.
* Manage & influence key/senior stakeholders.
* Manage & provide leadership to a team of managers and professionals, ensuring principles, structures, tools/capabilities and responsibilities are in place to deliver area plans and excellence.
* Provide performance management, technical development and coaching.
* Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during delivery.
You’ll Need To Have
* Good experience of facades construction installation – experience with multiple different façade types.
* Experience of short‑term planning & facade installation methods.
* Site management safety training scheme (SMSTS) certification.
* Good communication skills.
* Good technical background.
* Good understanding of preconstruction process.
* Good knowledge of manufacturing process.
* NVQ Level 5+ (or equivalent).
