An prestigious regional heavyweight law firm, with offices across the North West, is on the lookout for an ambitious and passionate Private Client Solicitor (or Legal Executive) to bolster their esteemed team in Chester.
This role offers hybrid working although due to the nature of the role being very client facing you will be required to attend the office.
This role will give you the opportunity to engage directly with clients, cultivate long standing relationships, and amplify your professional reputation across the Chester and surrounding areas,
You will collaborate closely with Partners and the Head of Department, contributing to the department's sustained success and expansion.
You will play a pivotal role within the team and be given responsibility for your own caseload of private client matters, including (but not limited to):
Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage your own caseload of private client matters with confidence and proficiency.
-Attend client meetings in person, ensuring genuine client interaction and relationship cultivation.
-Collaborate with senior team members to propel the department's development and organic growth.
-Opportunity to supervise and mentor junior team members, contributing to a supportive team environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
-Proven experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive.
-Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
-Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships.
-Ambition and passion for private client law, with a commitment to professional growth and development.
