We are currently recruiting Traffic Marshalls (Vehicle Marshallers) for a range of upcoming projects in Oxfordshire. We have both long:term and short:term opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
About the Role:
* Controlling the safe movement of vehicles and plant machinery entering and leaving the site.
* Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and commuters near site entrances.
* Coordinating with delivery drivers and site management via radio or hand signals.
* Maintaining accurate site logs and ensuring all traffic movements follow health and safety protocols.
* Assisting site management with general duties during quieter periods to maintain site flow.
Requirements:
* Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman Ticket (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent).
* Valid CSCS Card.
* Previous experience directing heavy plant and delivery vehicles on a busy site.
* Strong communication skills and a high level of alertness.
* Good work ethic and reliability.
