APEX Exchange, the investment and solutions hub within Publicis Media, is hiring a Senior Digital Strategy Executive to help shape and deliver high‑impact, outcome‑driven digital strategies for some of the world’s most iconic brands.
The Role
As a Senior Digital Strategy Executive, you’ll sit within APEX’s growing Digital Strategy team, leading responses to client briefs and developing innovative, performance‑led digital media plans across:
* Programmatic Display & Video
* Paid Social
* Audio, DOOH & CTV
* Retail Media & bespoke partnerships
You’ll work closely with agency partners including Starcom, Spark Foundry, Zenith and Digitas, collaborating with planners, activation teams and media owners to bring standout strategies to life.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading digital strategy responses and building commercially robust media plans
* Designing advanced audience and targeting strategies aligned to client KPIs
* Managing pipeline, forecasts and booked revenue through Salesforce
* Owning day‑to‑day relationships with agency stakeholders
* Supporting campaign delivery from brief through to activation and reporting
* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team knowledge share
Qualifications

* Experience across digital media channels (programmatic, video, social, audio, DOOH, retail media)
* Strong strategic thinking with a commercial mindset
* Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused approach
