Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Field Sales Representative role based in West Midlands, with flexibility for partial home working. Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing product recommendations that fit customer needs. The role requires regular visits to client sites, presenting products, negotiating terms, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure timely delivery. The Field Sales Representative will also contribute to market research efforts and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and engagement.
Qualifications
* Proficient in building and maintaining client relationships, utilizing negotiation and communication skills effectively.
* Experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and results.
* Knowledge of craft beer and/or the beverage industry is a strong advantage, along with a passion for the product.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and schedules.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
* Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
* Basic proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools is preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, या a related field is a plus but not required.
