We are seeking an experienced M&E Technical Services Manager to work for one of the UK’s most well-established maintenance service providers, located at a prestigious HQ in Bradford.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of managing modern multi-storey commercial maintenance contracts from a service provider perspective.
The contract has been mobilized for a year, with an established team of M&E HVAC engineers and supervisors, both static and mobile.
Duties of the Technical Services Manager
* Manage the performance of the Maintenance Service team
* Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
* Develop rapport with key client stakeholders through professional engagement
* Identify additional revenue streams via projects and contract enhancements
* Produce monthly reports and attend client meetings
* Maintain regular site presence
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in Commercial Site or Contract Management
* M&E Facilities Management background, preferably with a building focus
* Strong client-facing skills
* Experience with Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical systems
* Team building and motivational skills
* Excellent networking, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
This role involves close collaboration with the Regional Account Manager, focusing on developing client relationships, improving efficiency and profitability, and managing the full P&L of the portfolio. There are financial benefits tied to increasing division profitability.
