Lead shopper marketing initiatives that drive performance in line with business objectives. Develop and deliver effective shopper marketing plans to achieve sales and profit targets. Implement robust channel strategies that provide a best-in-class shopper experience across the full shopper journey. Identify and drive growth opportunities through innovation and impactful marketing activities. Build strong cross-functional relationships to develop a detailed understanding of customer needs. Create and manage shopper marketing calendars that align with wider annual business plans and deliver tangible value. Key Skills & Experience: Ideally 2 years of marketing experience or working in a commercial environment. Experience working with both retail and trade customers is desirable. Proactive, with excellent communication skills in complex, fast-paced environments. Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively under pressure. Strong initiative and self-motivation to drive projects forward. Previous agency management experience is advantageous.
