Job Type: Temporary, full-time (2-month contract with potential extension)
A large Housing Association are seeking an experienced Tenancy Specialist to provide high-level expertise across tenancy fraud, anti-social behaviour (ASB), domestic abuse and legal tenancy enforcement.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage tenancy fraud, sub-letting and RTB fraud cases across the region
* Lead and support the investigation and enforcement of ASB cases
* Decide on appropriate enforcement action and victim support
* Prepare legal files and manage tenancy enforcement and fraud cases
* Work with solicitors, process servers and bailiffs and represent the organisation at court when required
* Handle complex tenancy management cases, including successions and end-of-tenancy reviews
* Liaise with the Police and external partners to gather evidence and support investigations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of ASB and/or tenancy fraud and relevant housing legislation
* Experience of investigative interviewing and case management
* Excellent judgement, problem-solving xsngvjr and decision-making skills
* Confident communicator, able to challenge constructively
* Resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused
* Able to build effective working relationships internally and externally
* Willing to travel across the region and work flexibly when required
