Two new positions have arisen for Clerical Assistants – one permanent and one fixed-term contract for 12 months (maternity cover) with the possibility of extension.

Clerical Assistant
Hours:
35 hours per week (one permanent, one fixed-term for 12 months with potential extension)
Salary:
Grade 3, £25,221.76 to £26,814.07
Contract:
Permanent
Entitlements:
26 days annual leave plus 12.5 public holidays, pension scheme with Strathclyde Pension Fund
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Perform general business support duties, including working with Microsoft Office packages.
* Deal with telephone and email enquiries.
* Create and maintain filing systems.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
* Provide administrative support to Team Managers, Managing Director, and Senior Managers.
* Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, clients, and business contacts.
* Ensure understanding and adherence to Health and Safety and risk management procedures.
