EPS Technical Operations Planner

Adler and Allan’s Environmental Protection Solutions (EPS) team is looking for a Technical Operations Planner to join us in a permanent, fully remote role.
EPS helps clients identify and manage environmental risks linked to containment infrastructure.
You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting technical delivery and ensuring high quality reporting across the UK.
More about the role:
* Manage and update CRM data, including opportunities, quotes and business information
* Ensure job and inspection sheets are completed accurately and logged correctly
* Support multi service line project collation and reporting
* Prepare, process and issue client invoices
* Provide operational and administrative support across the EPS division
* Assist with IFS system development, asset reporting and job pack creation
Qualifications
About you:
* Experience in IT systems, administration or technical support
* Strong Windows OS knowledge and user account management skills
* Proficiency with asset management systems and troubleshooting
* Excellent organisation, communication and documentation skills
* Ability to deliver operational support and manage multi‑faceted projects
* Background in project coordination or support preferred but not essential
