About the team
This is a newly created role to support our Digital Operating Model and find opportunities to optimise and grow digital sales performance through the analysis of data, understanding consumer needs and motivations.

What you'll own as the Digital Operations Specialist
1. Implement new ways to enhance customer engagement.
2. Execute A/B tests to identify the most effective design, content, and user flow elements in the digital onboarding journey.
3. Identify and validate Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to measure the success of experiments.
4. Oversee and test new offers and promotions through digital marketing which include offline and online experiments.
5. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within existing processes.
6. Work with Digital Marketing teams to ensure all Paid Social, Paid Search or any other digital marketing activity is continually optimised.
7. Developing strategies to reduce costs, improve processes, and increase efficiency, quality, security, and consistency.
8. Carry out in-depth analyses on all stages of digital funnel performance and using the data to rmend improvements.
9. Assessingpany and client needs, reviewing information, and analysing it for trends or areas of improvement.
10. Developing and maintaining data collection procedures.
11. Rmending areas for change or improvement, based on inferences made from the data. Keeping up to date on industry-wide, national and international data trends.
What you'll bring
12. 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or sales management
13. Proficient in CRM systems ( Salesforce) and BI Tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
14. Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct data analysis work with metrics to drive team performance
15. Project Management and process improvement skills to implement effective sales strategies and streamline workflows
16. Detail-oriented and data-driven
17. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and sales team members to improve performance and achieve sales targets

18. Experience using CRM systems ( Salesforce) and BI Tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
19. Sales experience
