Duty Manager – Everyman Gerrards Cross
Duty Managers will oversee the smooth running and operation of the venue, ensuring every guest has the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support venue staff to deliver high‑quality customer service.
* Maintain operational standards and manage daily scheduling.
* Act as the face of Everyman, representing the brand to guests.
* Support the Management Team in venue operations.
Qualifications & Experience
* Prior experience in hospitality, preferably in a multi‑service environment.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach teams.
* Excellent customer service, food and drinks knowledge and personal enthusiasm.
* Good business awareness, entrepreneurial spirit and self‑drive.
* Flexible, upbeat and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
