Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Computer Studies lessons for Key Stages 3–5.
* Teach a range of topics including coding, software applications, digital literacy, and IT systems.
* Inspire students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through technology.
* Assess, track, and support student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities such as coding clubs or digital projects.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote high standards of teaching and learning.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Computer Science, ICT, or a related subject
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for technology
* Experience teaching in Secondary Schools preferred
* Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply
* DBS on the Update Service required
* Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
