We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and support the growth of apprenticeship and training opportunities across the region.
This role is ideal for a confident and target-driven individual with a strong background in sales or business development who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities with employers.
Role & Responsibilities
* Generate and secure new business opportunities through apprenticeship vacancies and upskilling
* Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to maximise engagement and revenue
* Deliver excellent customer service throughout the employer journey
* Contribute to continuous improvement and quality across the organisation
* Proactively plan and deliver sales campaigns using telesales, field sales, networking and social media
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of employer opportunities to consistently meet targets
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role achieving sales targets
* Demonstrable ability to generate own leads
* Experience within further or higher education is advantageous
* Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
