Job Description
Job Title: Finance Assistant (FTC of 4 weeks with potential to extend)
Department: Finance
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working across several related businesses
* Inputting Purchase Invoices and expenses subject to validating approval from relevant budget holders/individuals
* Reconciling bank transactions daily
* Reconciling internal credit cards, through collating receipts and posting journals into accounting software
* Assisting the team with any further duties and general admin as required
Skills and attributes
* Able to analyse large quantities of data with Excel
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work to tight deadlines and respond to changing situations
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 per week
