In this role, you will manage the support team and oversee engineered solutions for clients. The work is varied, involving system development, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will also play a critical part in project delivery and customer satisfaction.
This role would suit a Technical Support Engineer or Project Engineer from water treatment, oil & gas, or related industries, who has previous experience managing technical teams and wants to join a forward-thinking, innovative company.
The Role
* Leading the technical support function across a wide range of water treatment systems
* Managing support queries, ensuring service levels are met across multiple industries
* Overseeing development and deployment of systems, including key international projects
* Flexible working hours - 40 hours a week - 4 or 5 days a week - Monday to Friday
The Person
* Background in Technical Support, Project Engineering or Service Management
* Management/Supervisory Experience
* Industry experience in Water Treatment, Oil & Gas or similar
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar (desirable)
