Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (full time equivalent)

With a close-knit internal team and a wider network of trusted contractors, they pride themselves on high-quality, tailored delivery and are now looking to strengthen their office function as the business continues to grow.
Office Manager – Details:
1. Part-time role, ideally 3 days per week
2. Working hours likely around 9am–3pm, with flexibility
3. Hybrid working offered
4. Minimum of 1 day per week based at the company’s home office in Wheathampstead

Office Manager – Responsibilities:
6. Day-to-day office management and general administration
7. Diary management, scheduling and coordination
8. Acting as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers
9. Managing and responding to quotes and enquiries
10. Maintaining systems, trackers and project schedules
11. Supporting payroll and basic finance administration
12. Proactively following up actions and deadlines
13. Bringing structure, organisation and consistency to the office function
Office Manager – What We’re Looking For:
14. Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
15. Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems
16. Excellent written and verbal English
17. Professional, confident and approachable communication style
18. Organised, resilient and comfortable working with autonomy
19. Able to manage multiple priorities in a small, fast-paced environment
