They are a multi-award winning financial tech company, delivering software solutions that reliably facilitate millions of pounds worth of transactions and securely handle sensitive user data.They are going through a huge modernisation transformation which will involve multiple greenfield projects, and are looking for a Principal that can have strong technical conversations with the leaders in the company, challenge their opinions and push them to create the best solution possible. This will will be a mixture between technical strategy, architecture & software development. This is a key hire for them. Someone to lead modernisation, shaping technical direction whilst staying hands-on.
