Overview of Role
Our client, a successful, directly authorized life brokerage, offers a range of life and protection products to consumers on both advice and non-advice bases. As part of their growth, they seek to appoint a Head of Sales to manage, develop, and expand their salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the sales, retention, and review teams to deliver excellent results and high customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance within a strict regulatory environment, maximizing sales opportunities through high sales skills and technical knowledge.
* Demonstrate sales processes and support team development through coaching and training.
* Set and achieve performance targets for sales, efficiency, and quality.
* Foster an energetic sales culture, contribute to strategic planning, and interpret data to improve performance.
* Manage team recruitment, training, succession planning, and staff retention.
Person Specification
* Minimum 3 years of sales management experience within a B2C financial services call center.
* Proven track record in achieving results through team leadership, preferably in protection products.
* Experience in people development and demonstrating high customer service standards aligned with FCA guidelines.
* Strong performance management skills and ability to lead with shared values.
