My Nan has middle stage dementia but gets anxiety when she is left alone. She has no other challenging behaviours. She has a 1 bedroom flat but we can get a sofa bed for the living room. We require 24 hour care including cooking, cleaning and taking her out. My Nan is very mobile but needs help sometimes using the bathroom. Nan needs full support showering. She has a cat. Happy to pay for taxis for outings if you cannot drive. We are looking for a warm, kind person who will treat Nan like a best friend. We have a care team in place who can cover days off and the family often take her out so you can have breaks. Looking for someone with dementia experience.
