The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Commercial Property to lead and grow the commercial offering across the region.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving performance, developing the team, and expanding the client base across agency and professional services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing the commercial team across multiple offices
* Driving fee income growth across agency, valuation, and professional work
* Winning and retaining key client instructions
* Setting strategy for the commercial department and identifying new opportunities
* Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients, lenders, and professional contacts
* Overseeing high-value transactions and complex instructions
* Supporting recruitment, mentoring, and development of team members
* Working closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the business
About You
* MRICS qualified with significant experience in commercial property
* Proven track record in agency, valuation, or a mix of both
* Strong leadership and team management experience
* Commercially astute with a focus on business development
* Established network within the Midlands property market
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence at senior level
* Ambitious and driven to grow a department
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
