European Sales Leader – Automotive & Technology Markets
An established global innovator within the automotive and industrial technology sectors is seeking an accomplished Sales Leader to drive growth across Europe and Asia.
This is a senior leadership role, overseeing a regional sales team and a network of partners to expand market share with both established and emerging customers. You’ll be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry — one shaped by cleaner, safer, and more connected vehicle technologies — with the freedom to define and deliver a winning commercial strategy.
We’re looking for a proven leader who can combine strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep customer insight. You’ll guide a high-performing sales organization, develop key relationships at all levels, and ensure consistent, sustainable revenue growth.
What you’ll bring:
* 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience, ideally within the Aftermarket or related technology-driven sectors.
* A strong record of $20M+ revenue ownership and delivering measurable business growth.
* Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performance teams across multiple regions.
* A results-driven mindset with the ability to develop go-to-market strategies and inspire execution.
* Exceptional relationship management, communication, and influencing skills.
Location: Flexible within Europe, with occasional international travel.
