We are looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Slug And Lettuce. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in our business success whilst developing the skills to enhance your career.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A passion for Hospitality
* A willingness to learn new skills every day
* A keen eye for detail
* The ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, food hygiene
* The experience to maintain kitchen equipment
Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member include:
* Assisting with food preparation
* Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests
* Ensuring the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times
* Overseeing deliveries
* Offering suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance
* Working with the team to achieve company targets
