Job Description Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical (Measured Term Contracts) We are hiring for our client, a respected name in building services, who is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical to lead the commercial delivery of Measured Term Contracts (MTC) in their Mechanical maintenance division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of facilities and public sector contracts, where you ’ ll take responsibility for procurement, valuations, cost forecasting, and contractual compliance. Based in Northern Ireland, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving commercial performance and operational excellence across mechanical maintenance frameworks.
