We are searching for a visionary Sales Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of an innovative healthcare recruitment business by spearheading market growth across the UK. You will have responsibility for introducing pioneering recruitment technology for healthcare recruitment to the market across the UK and be the driving force behind building and leading the entire sales function across the country.
With cutting-edge technology at your disposal, you will be in a unique position to redefine the traditional healthcare staffing model, putting clients and candidates back in control.
As the Sales Direct your primary responsibility is to build, drive and lead the entire sales team across the UK. Your focus will be on establishing the business as a leading partner in the healthcare staffing market by identifying and winning new clients, expanding existing accounts and helping the team to deliver exceptional staffing services to healthcare organisations.
This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business, leveraging previous experience in nurturing, and developing business in a healthcare setting, bringing a strong understanding and knowledge of the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on care homes, nursing homes and local authorities.
Your focus will be on care services across the private and public domain, for e. g. residential care homes. Future work will include providing staffing services for NHS clients.
You will have a flair for analysing data and analytics to spur sales growth and provide insightful feedback to the team and Board,
We are looking for someone who has ‘lived and breathed’ this sector for several years and who has an aptitude for building lasting and trusted relationships with healthcare clients. Although beneficial to bring experience of healthcare staffing solutions, we are open to exploring candidates with experience of selling different products and services into the healthcare environment.
While you must have a flair for sales, we are also looking for someone who can comfortably lead a team and in return you will have a blank canvas and flexibility to set out and deliver your strategic vision for the company.
