Now, as gaming and entertainment become an even bigger commercial focus, the business is looking for a Social Sales Lead to help shape growth across this space. This role sits at the centre of new business, client development, and category leadership, with responsibility for building agency and direct brand relationships, growing existing accounts, and identifying fresh revenue opportunities across the social portfolio.
You will lead pitches, create compelling commercial responses, work closely with content teams on social led ideas, and manage campaigns from pipeline through to delivery. Success in this role will come from combining strong sales instincts with a genuine understanding of platform behaviour, audience trends, and the communities shaping gaming and entertainment culture.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in social video, branded content, or digital media sales, alongside strong relationships across gaming, entertainment, consumer brands, and media agencies.
You will be a confident presenter, a sharp negotiator, and someone who thrives in a fast paced environment where ambition, commercial thinking, and cultural relevance matter.
