We are looking for a sensational Property Lister / Instruction Winner with Estate Agency experience in the Medway area.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Generate new instructions through proactive outreach and lead follow-up
* Conduct accurate, engaging market appraisals
* Secure new property listings for the agency
* Build strong and lasting relationships with vendors and clients
* Maintain high customer service standards throughout the process
* Actively promote the brand and contribute to business development
* Work to and exceed both individual and office performance targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Experience in estate agency sales and valuations is essential
* Proven success in instruction winning
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
* Personable, well-presented, and client-focused
* Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented
* Knowledge of the Medway property market is a bonus
* Full UK driving licence and own car required
