About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support our client over the festive period. This is a temporary role, ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality who can step in and take charge of Restauarnt operations.
You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the Restautant, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction are delivered consistently.
Live in accomodation available
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operations of the Restaurant team
2. Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
3. Manage staff rotas, ensuring sufficient cover during busy service times
4. Support with stock control, ordering, and supplier management
5. Handle guest queries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
6. Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B areas
7. Report directly to the General Manager and support with operational decisions
Requirements
8. Previous Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
10. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards
11. Flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to changing demands
12. Own transport is essential due to the location of the site (Falfield, Bristol)
13. Available for temporary/ongoing work with flexible hours
