Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating the production of quarterly and annual reports and being the primary driving force behind report production to ensure deadlines are met
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Delivery and Schemes to define content requirements and create high quality content for published Delivery and Schemes reports
* Analysing content and related datasets to ensure that reports are accurate, clearly presented, logical and engaging
* Drafting report content and helping to translate data into something that is accessible, engaging, and informative to a wide audience
* Ensuring style and format consistency across reports, whilst adhering to organisational brand and style guidelines
* Ensuring reports comply with accessibility regulations
* Seeking feedback from internal and external stakeholders and revising content as required
* Maintaining, developing, and improving internal report production processes
* Support colleagues to run effective external stakeholder engagement with tasks that could include
o Setting up and administering internal and external meetings
o Supporting development and delivery of virtual and face to face events
o Coordinating creation of briefings
o Using effective channels for communication
o Sharing insights from stakeholder engagement interactions with relevant teams
o Analysing the effectiveness of external engagement to help inform current and future engagement strategies

Key Outputs and Deliverables
* Ensuring reports are successfully delivered to a high standard within given timescales
* Timely and effective engagement with stakeholders to define content requirements and seek feedback to refine report content
* Informative, engaging and concise writing to communicate the story behind the data, in plain English
* Ensuring uniformity of design and identifying and implementing improvements to report designs
* Compliance with accessibility regulations
* Effective support for external stakeholder engagement activities (events, meetings, newsletters, webinars)
Person specification

Essential Criteria
* An ability to scrutinise and refine written work, verifying that outputs are accurate, well-structured, coherent, professionally presented, and communicate effectively (Lead Criteria)
* Skilled at planning and coordinating input from a variety of sources to deliver high-quality work on time (sometimes to tight deadlines), with minimal supervision
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to build and maintain excellent relationships
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, using initiative to identify and drive forward tasks, while managing multiple concurrent projects with
resourcefulness and proactivity when issues arise.
* Analytical skills to identify errors and inconsistencies in written content and data

* Knowledge of or an interest in renewable energy and energy efficiency
* Experience of developing and delivering stakeholder engagement
