Purpose of the role:
Join a World Class, multi-award-winning field marketing agency, currently titled Agency of the Year. Represent major brands like Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum, part of Unilever's ice cream portfolio. Your role involves visiting retail stores within a defined territory, promoting brand awareness, increasing distribution, and driving sales through effective engagement and data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision makers.
* Utilize data tools to identify insights and implement targeted actions to improve product distribution and availability.
* Negotiate with store decision makers to maximize product availability and sales, ensuring brand presence and engagement.
* Act as the brand's eyes and ears in-store, gathering intelligence on competitors and opportunities.
* Follow Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive impact for clients.
* Conduct professional and efficient store visits.
* Record all visit data accurately using a tablet and bespoke software.
Ideal candidate:
* Experienced in sales, with sector knowledge in Independents, Wholesale, and Convenience stores.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
* Passionate about building brand awareness and driven by results.
* Proficient in data analysis to inform strategies.
* Possess a full, current UK manual driving license.
