Salary: £26,000 - 26,000 per year Requirements: Experience working with an ITSM tool Very strong verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks at once to meet deadlines and solve problems Previous call centre or Service Desk/IT support experience Good listening skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical individuals Demonstrable track record of delivering high levels of telephone-based service, preferably in a regulated environment Positive attitude and customer-focused approach Strong team player Punctual and reliable Experience working within deadlines and KPIs in a high-pressure environment High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call responsibilities on a rota basis Resilience Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for technical support across the business Deliver exceptional 1st line support to internal stakeholders, VIPs, and external partners Accurately record and manage incidents and requests reported to the Service Desk using relevant ITSM tools in a timely manner Allocate incidents and requests to the correct resolver groups when unable to resolve at first line Escalate issues as appropriate following published and unpublished procedures Understand the needs and requirements of the business to provide exceptional customer service Regularly update open tickets in ITSM tools as well as keep the customer informed Actively contribute to service improvements by recommending changes to systems and processes Provide technical and user support to meet Service Desk requirements Participate in project-based work and other departmental activities including the performance of routine procedures and incident management Technologies: Support ITSM More: At Vitality, we are excited to invite you to join our dynamic IT Service Desk team, based primarily in our Bournemouth or Stockport offices, working full-time, 35 hours a week.
