Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator on a Permanent basis, based in East Midlands (Hybrid). Role Summary We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of telecom projects, including rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance activities. The role involves coordinating between clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines. · Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. · Coordinate field teams for site access, surveys, installation, and testing. · Monitor project deliverables using tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Excel. Requirements · Strong organizational and communication skills. · Experience with project coordination in telecoms or related industries (preferred). · Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
