In this role, you will create a varied and healthy menu that meets specific dietary requirements for our residential care home residents. With a focus on budget management, you will oversee a well-organised kitchen and supervise staff in food preparation. Maintaining exceptional levels of hygiene and cleanliness is a top priority, in line with Health, Safety, and other regulatory requirements. There is also the opportunity to showcase your creativity by catering for our functions and special events. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience working in a kitchen environment. A recognised catering qualification (Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate and additional HACCP accreditation, or Level 4 Food Hygiene Certificate / commitment to work towards).
