Job Description
We're currently recruiting talented Bar Staff to help us create beautifully crafted drinks and provide exceptional customer service for Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 11 hours per week.
As Bar Personnel, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly presented drinks to our customers. You'll have opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go beyond expectations.
Shift patterns will be variable shifts. Please note: This role is contracted to 50 weeks per year.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
1. Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
2. Maintaining an effective bar service with an emphasis on high-quality, efficient service
3. Keeping the bar area clean
4. Having a comprehensive knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, including how to prepare and present them
5. Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
6. Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
7. Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
8. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
9. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
