About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You’ll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share memorable moments. Your daily tasks will include supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one‑to‑one time.
About You
You’ll have experience caring for older people, a can‑do approach, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm‑hearted attitude. Above all, you’ll be compassionate enough to deliver the highest standard of care for all residents. We provide all the training you need to thrive.
