Paid Media Specialist role at The Dash Group. Location: Redruth, Cornwall (Fully on-site). Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week). Reports to: Marketing Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Strategy: Develop and execute your own paid media strategy across various ad platforms including Google, Meta and Amazon.
* Campaign Management: Oversee daily optimisation of campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met and continuously improved.
* Budget Optimisation: Work with the Marketing Manager to allocate budgets for maximum ROI.
* Experimentation: Establish a data-driven approach, continuously testing, optimising, and refining campaigns to maximise reach, engagements, and conversions.
* Reporting: Produce regular reports/dashboards to communicate campaign insights to key stakeholders.
