Production and Packing Operatives (Temporary)

Our Production teams are critical to the smooth running of our operations, providing comprehensive knowledge and technical skill. We're looking for passionate Operators to join our team and have some fun along the way!

Night shift =£34,689.74

Hours of Work: Two different shift patterns available
Alternating shift:
Monday - Friday: 06:00 – 14:00/ 14:00 – 22:00
Nigh shift:
Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 – 06:00

7. Assisting Operators to achieve departmental targets
8. Comprehensive training to become a fully qualified Machine Operator
9. Following Health & Safety guidelines
10. Ensuring good levels of housekeeping are maintained within the departments
11. Transporting product / materials as required
12. Ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards are met
13. Completing any relevant documentation
14. Maintaining the working area to a safe, hygienic standard
15. Inspecting product to quality standards
16. Cleaning to the required standards
17. Removing waste as and when required
Ingredients that you bring with you:
18. Previous experience in Food Manufacturing or wider manufacturing (Beneficial)
19. Awareness / Knowledge of Health & Safety / Food Hygiene standards
20. Good level of verbal and written communication skills
21. Ability to work well as part of a team
22. Reliable and supportive team player
23. Ability to use initiative and work independently
