Customer Care Agent – Key Accounts
Mid Kent
Fully Office Based
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Care Agent to join our clients growing team, supporting and working closely with a designated Key Account Manager (KAM). You'll be the go-to contact for customer enquiries, order management, and admin support whilst ensure smooth day-to-day operations and top-tier service.
Responsibilities:
1. Working with different teams to handle customer enquiries and help with sales admin for our Customer Care, Key Account, and National Account teams.
2. Take ownership of your accounts and give strong support to your Key Account Manager.
3. Enter and manage sales orders, resolve issues quickly, and update order timelines.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and keep customers happy.
5. Use systems like CRM, Power BI, and order portals to keep everything running smoothly.
6. Communicate updates and escalate issues when needed.
7. Share feedback to help improve customer service and processes.
About You:
8. Experience in customer service, admin or sales support (ideally B2B)
9. Confident, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
10. Strong communicator, both written and verbal
11. Great under pressure and can manage a busy workload
12. Comfortable using Excel and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk)
13. Positive attitude, team player, and always ready to take initiative
