Graduate Data Analyst - Midlands/London

About The Role
* Analyse commercial, operational and compliance data to support business decision-making.
* Produce reports on revenue, volumes and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility of key performance indicators.
* Deliver ad‑hoc analysis and insights to support fast‑paced business needs.
* Support data quality by cleaning, validating and reconciling multiple data sources.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure data is accurate and aligned.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance through data‑driven insights.
About You
* Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics or a related analytical discipline.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Good Excel skills with ability to work with and interpret large datasets.
* Clear communicator, able to present insights in a simple and engaging way.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
* Knowledge of SQL or data visualisation tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau) is desirable.
