Who we are
Hello. We’re Co-op Homes, part of RHP Group. We’re in business to provide top quality management services to 30 independent landlords, supporting around 2,000 properties. We own and manage 300 of our own properties and we’re planning to develop more homes, so it’s an exciting time to come and work with us.

We’re based at our main office in south-west London and own or manage stock across the country, from Brighton in the south to Kings Lynn in the north. Who we’re looking for
As the Managing Director of Co-op Homes, you will live our values, promote our brand, grow our business and keep us compliant to ensure our residents are safe.
We’re looking for someone with a proven ability to shape and deliver a clear strategic vision while driving service excellence. You’ll have experience in leading and delivering business change and achieving business growth in a commercial social housing management environment, inspiring employees, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
You’ll work with the board and the senior leadership team on developing and delivering our strategy, aligned to our vision. Your strong governance with robust, accessible reporting will help keep the business safe. You’ll be accountable for the overall annual budget and will empower and develop the leadership team to make sure that stretching corporate objectives are achieved.
